Various members of the band resigned for different reasons, and Amy Lee soon enlisted Terry Balsamo from Cold, Tim McCord, and Will Hunt to continue on in hopes of stardom. Their dreams were achieved after releasing a second studio album, “The Open Door” in 2006.
